If you are playing soccer, and you are drunk, it is very likely you are at a rugby match.

"Can the US breweries help and ship some beer to our business brothers in Germany?"
They could, if they could actually get around to making something resembling beer.

Budweiser is brewed in the Czech Republic, in the town of Budwar. It used to be the old Bohemia area. It was never brewed in Germany.

Looks like we need another "Berlin Airlift"...

Can the US breweries help and ship some beer to our business brothers in Germany? Budweiser is sponsoring the Cup, and is the only beer available inside the stadiums. Part of the problem is that folks are refusing to drink it, or (clearly) they need to get drunk to do so.

If I remember right, there are very few beers in America that can get past their strict beer laws. If I remember right Sam Adams is there, thoguh different than here(better quality over there).

If they had learned to fill up the glasses they would have run out of beer a lot sooner.

So, how's the sewage system holding up? I saw an article in the UK press a day or two ago that claimed city officials in Berlin are afraid their trees are dying because so many fans are watering them.

Funny. Kinda like taking coals to Newcastle, I guess.

If you are talking about the big commercial breweries I have to agree (and I used to work for Anheuser-Busch), but a lot of the microbreweries out there make some really good stuff.

"So, how's the sewage system holding up?" Fine but all the shrubbery seems to be dying.
(Then, when you have found the shrubbery, you must cut down the mightiest tree in the forest... Wiiiiiithh.... A HERRING!)
