All politicians should be required, as long as the rest of the serfs are piss tested, to submit to a piss test when they file for candidacy. Especially incumbents.

Random sampling throughout the campaign & legislative sessions and at least one random spot check in the district during "home" periods.

Anyone named Kennedy must be tested every time they use their keylocks on public property.
