Seems in both instances there is complicitness in criminality.
First, not all sin is criminal and not all crimes are sins.
Governement police should not be in the business of busting people for sins that aren't crimes.
Viewing porn may be considered a sin but has no business being a crime. You should be able to watch all the adult porn you want in private without my interference. What's more, I don't care.
Hardly makes me a criminal, or accomplice, even if you want to criminalize your porn.
Good thing that you told everyone here that you don't know the difference between advocating and allowing as well as being against individual freedom and responsibility.
Let me clarify by a familiar example.
If we legally permit taking God's name in vain, are we encouraging people to break one of the 10 Commandments?
Or if we permit people to purchase and read The Communist Manifesto, are we advocating communism?
