To: Bikers4Bush
How is this any different than doctors giving out samples of prescription medications without a prescription? If he was under a doctors care and the doctor gave him the meds whether it was in the doctors name or not what's the damn difference?

This point was discussed in an thread from earlier today.In short,there are a number of Federal laws (and,I suspect,state laws) that regulate the distribution of prescription medications...including ones that aren't addictive (that is,aren't "controlled substances").
