It's a story. Why are airport personnel inspecting passengers for Viagra? Why do they think it's their job to enforce this plea bargain? And would they also inspect the luggage of John Doe with equal vigor?
It was Customs inspecting the luggage, which is what they do. It's NOT their job to enforce ANY plea bargain, that's the job of the AG.
As far as inspecting John Doe's luggage, I hope they do, but John Doe would not have a story written about him in the Sun-Sentinel for having Viagra in his suitcase....
