To: Postal Worker with a gun
By carrying a prescription drug without a prescription, while that is a minor violation, it is still breaking the law and as I posted previously, he was stupid to do it.

Do you not read well or are just behind on the news cycle?

He wasn't carrying a prescription drug without a prescription. It is by no means clear that any law was broken at all. It is very clear that somebody, either in customs or the sheriff's dept. released private medical information gleaned in the course of an investigation. Pretty sure it's a policy violation, may be a violation of the HIPAA act.

Once again, overzealous partisans in government employ and the drive by media have diminished the privacy and rights of all of us in pursuit of the big kahuna.

The prescription was not in his name, read the story.

Actually one is a misdemeanor of a state law.

The other is a federal violation ...Hippa violation carries a huge fine.
