It may or may not be legal. I have the right to think that it's really really really sleazy. I despise this kind of behavior in anybody, Lib and Conservative alike. It just deeply saddens me when a Conservative does it. Or do you think this kind of thing is perfectly okay?
Rush is a public figure, a leader. People look up to him. When he does stuff like this it matters. It's not good.
