The law is very simple and he really should have known better considering the history.He had the pills in the original bottle that the doctor or pharmacist gave him.

But the prescription was not his. IMO Viagra and most other non narcotic drugs should be over the counter unless there are serious health concerns associated with them, but to bring them in, in anything other than a squeaky clean way after all the B.S. he just went through was just stupid.
