But the prescription was not his. IMO Viagra and most other non narcotic drugs should be over the counter unless there are serious health concerns associated with them, but to bring them in, in anything other than a squeaky clean way after all the B.S. he just went through was just stupid.

Yes it was. The doctor had it filled in his own name for privacy reasons and had the medicine given to Limbaugh. Doctors are allowed to give their patients medicine if they document it which I'm sure it was.

A labeling offense at most, likely attributable to his doctor.

The important question is whether he possessed the drug lawfully, not whether the label was correct.

It appears he was properly dispensed the drug by a person licensed to do so. If so, there is no violation on Rush's part.

Your contentions are confused and muddled because you have a very poor grasp on the laws in question and appear to have no clue how to analyze the evidence in terms of the laws.
