I guess I could've said that Resendiz was getting rescinded.

Send Mexico the bill for the drug, his trial, upkeep for all these years, etc., etc.

No, you're right. It was some other scumbola killer I was thinking about. But if he were caught "coming trying to come across the border" -- wouldn't that qualify as an entirely different offense?
To: Graybeard58
If I remember correctly his Mexican family got the reward money. That was probably an incentive too - some of which may have made its way into Mexican authorities pockets.

"That is why they can't whine about that issue."But Mexico has done plenty of whining on other "issues" concerning their precious little Angel.

This murderer, and another operating at about the same time, who went by the name of Sidetrack, made our labors in the switching yards, and elsewhere on the railroad, even more tense than normal for some time. Sidetrack's tag was a drawing usually in chalk, sometimes in paint, depicting a crooked spur track leading to a cow skull and crossbones (resembling a railroad crossbuck) at the far end, along with the word SIDETRACK. I never learned of any trainmen being assaulted, but that's not to say it never happened. Certainly they committed horrifying assaults on others. I believe Sidetrack and an accomplice are imprisoned somewhere in the Pacific Northwest. I believe it a morally defensible position that all of these murderers be done away with. If anyone out there has any updated information regarding this subject, please post.
