Here is yet another reason to dam the left, especially the drive-bys:
This is another link I got courtesy of AliVeritas.
Ace of Spades makes an interesting point about the incessant publication of Nat. security leaks by the NYT/WA Post.etc. The left continues to undermine Nat. Security in the most despicable, cynical ways....they have made the most anti-American and evil sort of decision: While tools like this(wire tapping intel etc.) are vital for saving American lives, they will not permit any Republican President to use them. Only dem presidents are allowed....
It's blackmail, pure and simple. Either let a dem into the White house, or we will continue to sabotage American security, and in effect, kill Americans....so we offer the American people a choice:."
Powerful stuff, and this is only one of the reasons that I have begun to take our New Media as seriously as I do. There is a lot at stake out there. More than meets the eye.
Anyone who doesn't take their agenda seriously, does so at their own peril.
samantha...what is wrong? It is arthritis or what that is affecting your fingers??
I am so sorry you can't post...you are one of my favorites..and I miss you.
Oh, dear---I just asked you questions, and you just said it was too painful to post...DUH.
Please, don't answer....just take care of yourself...hopefully, you will feel better next week.
Well said PM Howard! We would expect the same thing in the states but then that would not be PC, and we are nothing without PC! Are we?
Oh..dear, MID, be careful what you wish for..
A radical Democrat, huh?
Well, don't look now, but it looks like Bernie Sanders is going to probably win the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords...
He doesn't hide ANY of his looney thoughts....LOL
You and rodguy in grass skirts, singing??
Add MNJohnnie to your act...and I might even pay the money to go from Texas to Florida to see THAT!!
That first one must be it, that is several months ago. Well this friend is a little late, but that is fine. Thanks for finding those articles. Whatta Guy John Howard is,very brave.
Miss M...
My husband asked me why I thought that Bush himself didn't make more of the leaks by the NYTimes and the other newspapers...and I told him that since everything involving President Bush has become a "damned if he does, damned if he doesn't" situation...
To take on the MSM in an openly forceful way, at this point in is Presidency would just distract him and the country from the danger we are in....and the goals he has set for all of us.
You said it beautifully...
You do NOT want to see Rodguy and I sing "I'm A Little Tea Cup."
I was impressed with him as well...
I sure didn't know he had a heart attack at 40...dang, that is scary.
There will be some fine, wonderful people leaving Washington when Bush's term is up...regardless of who takes his place.
Yes, it is RA and OA.
That was good...thanks for sharing it.
Problem is that it causes grief for our allies who also have psycho types in their own government who think they're immune to terror attacks.
Your #690.......got that right! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
I would only disagree in as much as the party is at war with Joe, not Joe with his party. Of course, it's not his party anymore. Nor the party of John Kennedy, Hubert Humphrey or Franklin Roosevelt, for that matter.
That is the theme we must pursue from now on.
Were the Democrats of the 30s, 40s and 50s alive today they would piss on the Democrat party "leaders" of today and their blatantly anti-American position.
I can argue, without fear of contradiction, that Harry Truman would have some suitably un-quotable comments on the current crop of Democrat "leaders.'
I agree with that editorial...and you.
WE have got to take some of that power away from the MSM before 2008...we need to start this year.
I am praying that Diana Irey can beat Murtha...
Did you see the segment on Murtha on Brit's show they other night...when they went Murtha's district in Pennsylvania...and asked voters about him..(they all were pretty old..not many under 60, it didn't look like).
They were all VERY praising of him..and said he doesn't deserve the bashing he is taking...and how great of a Representative he has been for their part of the state...
Very glowing reviews....UNTIL, they showed them actual quotes he has made about the military, the War in Iraq...and the Marines and Bush.
After they read his ACTUAL quotes...they were shocked, and NOT so happy with him anymore.
SO..see---the MSM is doing all that you said..because these are the type of people that would drag themselves to the polls and vote...but, they are voting on a made-up persona, not the real thing.
I was kind of disappointed in Brit Hume's take on the New York Times...he seemed to shrug off their complicity a little...I guess based on their "long reputation"...but, I would have preferred he use that "reputation" as a REASON to come down on them with both feet.
Gosh...I am sorry to hear about that. I have had a couple of friends that suffered with that...even when they had young children..it was so hard for them.
I will pray that you get some relief ..we do miss your feisty posts...LOL
Bwahahahaha!!! Don't hold yer breath, Governor. Like Alec Baldwin promising to leave the country if Bush was elected, these folks talk the talk but never walk the walk.
