LA PAZ, Bolivia - Students attending a conflict resolution course in this politically tumultuous Andean nation got some unexpected extracurricular experience when Bolivia's leftist government accused the program's sponsor of being a front for U.S. spies.

A conflict resolution course in Bolivia? What happens? Does everyone snort a few lines and see who can run the farthest before their heart bursts, or do we just agree to rob the local Frito Lay distributor and smoke some serious reefer over a campfire, or do we don our ski masks and go insert some lead in some folks?
Why can't more American kids stay on campus and learn the Calculus so maybe they will finally learn a logical method of thinking?

I just have to mention it might have something to do with the average IQ of races.
