Speed bumps are battling gas powered leaf blowers as the dumbest invention ever. Every time someone goes over the bump, the house rattles. If you want people to slow down, put a cop on the street writing tickets to speeders.

If you have an extra cop to sit on my street, send him over. The ones we have here can't get by until a few hours later. If you don't have one, I'll have to go for the speed bumps.
