Sun 18+ hours of sun a day.....gotta mow twice a week for the best looking lawns. Not me, tho. LOL!! A condo will take care of the mowing issue, and the snow blower issue too.
No grass growing in the winter, but snow blowing is the order of the day.
I can't imagine 18 hours of daylight. I'd be in the garden for all those hours. LOL! You must have to water all the time though.
