So? Work is work, if they have a good product then Nissan will buy it and Isuzu will sell to them. The days of proprietary goods between auto makers is long gone, Visteon is a good example, they are desperate to get out of Fords back pocket and have a lot of Ford paid engineering on the market to anyone who wants to buy it.

engine is a GM (light duty) design
Same Moraine workforce (line & management) - locate cross town & drop IBEW (not UAW or teamsters) membership.
Several (token) Isuzu reps on station to keep up appearances.
