Document ISGP-2003-00300134 contains Top Secret And Personal letters that carry Saddam orders to do radiation and biological testing on the Presidential sites that were attacked by the US in December 1998.

Form committees from the Ministry of Health and the Military Industrialization Commission and The Atomic Energy Organization and The Special Security Service with its missions to test the sites that had been subject to enemy bombardment and inspect for contamination and radiation in particular the Presidential Sites and immediately. Also gather the existing shrapnels and in coordination with Dr. Mona Al Jaboori from the Science Faculty in Baghdad University.

To The Respected Mr. Health Minister
Subject: Order
Following our leeter numbered (5372) on 18/12/1998 an agreement was obtained for the following:
1. Re- Test the sites after the removal of debris.
2. Limit a period of two weeks to a month to take Biological Samples from the sites and return to the periodic testing and in a normal fashion later on.
3. Study the subject of AGM 186 missiles that contain ready round shrapnels and that is used for mass destruction through the targeting of human forces.
Take what is necessary regarding this and inform us with regards

Excellent. I'm glad you found some documents. jveritas said there were tons of documents, so it doesn't seem like 48 pages of links would cover the thousands of boxes of documents that are supposedly available online. So we must be missing something. Maybe he can give some direction?

The how to accomplish B could be done by someone downloads the files for a month, or 2 or a quarter, then someone else does it for the same period of time.
I think if we go document by document, that would get confusing. Periods of time make more sense.
