While I would go along with the possibility that the school board members and parents in Lexington may not have verbally told these students to beat up Mr. Parkers son, their actions most certainly instigated it.
They have taken these children with them, (pictures at massressitance website) to protest Mr. Parkers wish to opt out, even had them yelling and holding signs. It is not inconceivable that they were told what the protest was about (in their opinion) and who the mans son was.

Good points all. The homo-agenda side has made a point of using their accessory-kids as political weapons--see the White House Easter Egg Roll this past year. I don't find it that far-fetched at all that these kids were acting on the implicit wishes of their parents--even if they weren't directly told to beat up Jacob Parker.
