A Virginia teen has been charged with driving his car into a crowd of people outside a bar that had just evicted him in a wealthy part of Long Island, N.Y.
Sayed Khaled El-Waraky, 19, of Vienna, Va., was being held without bond Tuesday after the incident early Sunday morning in Glen Cove.
Witnesses told police El-Waraky created a disturbance in the bar, and then threatened the bouncer, who threw him out, the New York Post reported.
While getting into his Jaguar, the teen allegedly yelled "I'll kill you all," before heading for the exit and suddenly making a U-turn.
Four men in their early 20's were struck. Monday, one was on a respirator, a second was in a medically induced coma, and the other two were hospitalized with head injuries and fractures, the report said.
El-Waraky's attorney, Ryan Brownyard told Newsday his client was reacting to "a mob" that struck him, followed him outside and pounded on the Jaguar.
El-Waraky has pleaded innocent to all charges, including depraved indifference for human life, but If convicted could face 25 years to life in prison.
Sounds like a Muslim to me - #1) his name, #2) the fact he was drinking (or trying too) like any good hypocrite, #3) the fact that he is UNDER AGE and #4) the fact that he's driving a Jaguar

It's possible. I have been through Glen Cove, Long Island many times. The people in that area are not rich- they are LOOOOAAAAAADEDDDD!!! Some of the houses/mansions are unbelievable.
I believe the cops out in that area make over 100k easily in a year.

I'm reading stories from other sources, they say he is Egyptian. One story reports he is 24, while this one says he is 19.

Agreed on the butt head with entitlement issues. Parts of Vienna can be rather ritzy also. May have gotten into a "my dad makes more than your dad" contest.

I'm still puzzling over what he was doing living in the bar, when he's from Vienna, Virginia.
They said he had been "evicted" from the bar. I think they mean "ejected." It doesn't sound like he lived there or that they went to court to get an order to throw him out.

With a name like "Sayed Khaled El-Waraky", no doubt there is a little more to the story.
