As a Swift Boat combat veteran, I find any attack on any veteran who has honorably served distasteful . . ."What? Even after he went over to the other side?

"...

Of course, it's the "honorably served" part that we have an issue with in regards to Kerry.
John Kerry didn't even live up to the Benedict Arnold standard of "honorably served" prior to giving aid and comfort to the enemy. At least Arnold was a legitimate hero before becoming a turncoat. Kerry cannot, in all honesty, make that claim.

A certain Benedict Arnold served honorably at first also.

Would he also say that about Tim McVeigh? Didn't he receive a medal?

As do I but Hanoi John did not serve honorably and his actions on his return were anything but honorable.

What? Even after he went over to the other side? If we used Sanders' standard, we would have to put up meorials to Benedict Arnold. He was and abolutely outstanding soldier until he decided to back Britain.
The Dems can tap dance all they want: When you compare Arnolf to Kerry, kerry ends up looking very, very bad.

Does that include Lee Harvey Oswald?

I find it much worse than distasteful for a veteran to call Kerry's service 'honorable'!
