Nice gift. It's his money. It was a beautiful house to begin with, but sort of run down. One of the few actually on campus.

They had to tear a lot of the older houses (and bars unfortunately) down at Ohio State.
They really were that far gone, but no one came forward to restore most of them. And the new administration wanted to reform the school and get rid of the party school image.
