The left has a boatload of streetfighters i.e. Al Franken, Michael Moore, Maureen Dowd, etc for whom no Democrat ever apologizes. Now that the Conservatives have one we are expected to tut-tut over her 'extreme' and 'mean-spirited' words. Me thinks they are just mad because they brought a knife to a gunfight.

Apologizes? Heck, they lionized him by placing him in a place of honor, right next to a former Dem President, at the DNC national convention in 2004. Ann barely makes the press box, on the Republican side.
