N. Koreans Ordered To Raise Their Flag At 2PM, and Listen to Broadcast

N. Korean leadership ordered its citizen to raise their flag and listen to their (government) communique from TV in the evening, according to Sankei Shimbun (of Japan), quoting Japanese government sources.

The paper said it is paying attention this development because it could be related to the launch of Taepodong-2.

They're not testing a weapon, they're testing us.

That would make a very good tagline!

"Sure would be a shame, if it blew up on the pad.

IMHO,it sure would be a shame if the guidance system in Lil' Kimmies "missle" was just a "little off, and ended it's first trail flight a "little bit off course" at the end of it's flight by landing dead center in the "Three Gorges Dam".....

Is this really a crisis or is it much ado about nothing ? Just a little funny looking pot bellied man from North Korea wanting attention ?

The Japanese and ourselves believe it is a crisis. Japan and US warn N Korea on test

That's ok...it still gives Kim something to ponder. Or whoever is running things over there.

Somewhere on this thread is a link to some photos taken by a Russian who was recently in North Korea. They will give you chills- it's a bleak country.

Excellent points.

But the Chinese

1. Really don't care THAT much how many of their people survive--they are certain that MORE of them will--sufifient numbers to be king of the smoldering hill.

2. Therefore, they really don't care how many of their missles get through, they figure it will be enough to devastate us more than we devastate them--given their population and vast country with most folks living in the countryside, still.

Lights out.

Thanks, and thanks to you and your hubby for your service. Hope you'll be getting some news there in the next hour if this is an empty threat or not.

I saw the documentary that was on Discovery or one of those similar channels. A film crew snuck in and filmed it. Riveting.

It's something you leave in the book on the page where you stopped reading so you can get back where you left off...but that's not important now.
One hour to go. I'll stay up but I'm going to miss Meet The Plugs in the morning.

He's on the phone right now from *work*. They maybe calling him in, dunno yet. I think it will be ok; this is typical Baby Kim bored and in need of attention. If he fires it, what could we really do besides attack. That ain't happening.

I wonder if we could get her to strap it to her back or chest and hand deliver it and light it off?

Just think . . . she could give the Jihadi's some competition.

Let her put her nuke where her mouth is . . . works for me.
