N. Koreans Ordered To Raise Their Flag At 2PM, and Listen to Broadcast

N. Korean leadership ordered its citizen to raise their flag and listen to their (government) communique from TV in the evening, according to Sankei Shimbun (of Japan), quoting Japanese government sources.

The paper said it is paying attention this development because it could be related to the launch of Taepodong-2.

Bombs, earthquakes, storms....like goes on. I'm cleaning house, and getting ready for Monday. The beach sounds nice though.

Top left bubble: Receding hair line, indicates over sized brain strangling blood flow to hair follicles.

Second bubble down on left: Over-sized ears, indicates superior hearing ability, also good for holding oversize eyeglasses.

Top right bubble: Man boobs, can produce 300 milliliters of breast milk per hour.

Third bubble down on left and second down on right: Beer gut, indicates he is able to drink any other world leader under the table, also serves as roof for the 'toolshed' (see third bubble down on right).

Forth bubble down on left: Mistress, rosy color of underside not visible.

Third bubble down right: 'Toolshed' for storage of manly bulge (note measurements). All other men in the world are jealous.

Forth bubble down on right: You know what they say about men with big feet, also note the stylin' high heeled shoes.

You didn't answer my question. Who are you saying is pointing fingers?

And btw, I've read your post #1234 and here is what you just stated and I'll respond now:

RightWhale:
Anybody can make a plutonium bomb, and missiles are no trick anymore either. Clintons or no Clintons. Nobody needs to explain to the N Kors how to do this.

So RightWhale, you are flatout stating that it was and is O.K. that Bill Clinton *gave* North Korea those two twin, light water nuclear reactors? And your also stating RightWhale that it's perfectly acceptable to you that the North Koreans have been pulling plutonium from the spent fuel rods of these nuclear reactors that Clinton gave them, is this correct RightWhale?

I had the evil bermuda grass in a garden bed with shrubs and perennials. If I could have used round up, I would have. I got to the point I would have used triox! But I didn't need the earth that sterile...

Most Americans take that seriously and respond in kind.

I'll not wait to see RightWhale's reply to my query. I'll state now that RightWhale seems unstable.

Launch isn't 'til noon. I can't wait that long, I'm going to Braunch...

I just hope that if there are any Freepers in San Franweirdo they get out in time.

Ain't gonna happen. If Kim Jong Il were to try to unilaterally strike a US city with ONE nuke, I strongly suspect that the dissenting factions in his own government would bring his regime down in a flying tackle. Il may be a nut- but there are people in his upper echelons that know exactly what would happen. I don't believe that Kim is blind to that, either.

China does exert some influence on North Korea as well- the last thing the PRC wants is South Korean and US troops walking around on the Chinese border in their MOPP-4 suits, picking at the ashes.

San Francisco may be infested with weirdos from everywhere else- but it (and a little town named Gasquet up north) share the distinction of being 'home' for me. I'd hate to see it get flattened. :-)

We can't be reacting to all these threats, if they are serious threats or not. We'll get tennis spectators' neck. Look out! it's Iran, it's Russia, it's China, it's N Kor. Some of us have been in the thermonuclear annhilation threat environment since the fifties, and that is half a century. We have built our military to the point that it is ready to respond when the time comes, and that is all that can be done.

"Hitler had been shot at a Nazi demonstration in Munich in the late 20s"

No. Hitler dislocated his shoulder when he and others were shot at during the "Beerhall Putsch" of 1923.

"In the attempted bomb assassination his arm was badly injured."

No. In fact, Hitler joked that the blast had done away with his palsey in his left arm. But it later returned.

His arm palsey from probably from Parkinson's. Though others have offered other possibilities.

We can't be reacting to all these threats,

Why of course not. Absolutley not! Nothing important in this thread!

***

So RightWhale, these 1,251 posts and the folks who wrote these posts should just turn off their computers, sit back and watch Donald Duck this morning and not worry about this North Korean threat, is this corrct RightWhale?

It doesn't matter, but if you have a fresh perspective on the arms race it isn't apparent. Either there will be a nuclear war or there won't. The crisis time was 1982 for us, and the Pakistan-India crisis passed without incident. Who cares about Clintons? They're all the same.

From what I'm seeing- the strong reaction to this is at least partially because it could easily land in/on/near our ally-Japan... It IS provocative in that sense- and if it's one that could actually reach our west coast- then it opens a can of worms.

There is no threat. If we want to get torqued about Bilderburgers we can tune in Art Bell.

I believe Hitler's arm was badly injured by a bomb placed under a table at a military conference. They covered up the bombing and the cause of the injury.

Oh please, it's too much trouble to be worried about all the threats, so wait until we're attacked? Real trouble is being blown apart in your home by a nuke blast.
