Good brisk walking especially early in the AM before it's hot and you're tired. For at least half hour or more. I used to do it regularly (about an hour most days) and I weighed at least 40# less than currently. I need to start doing it again.
I used to do that too. But now my work prevents me from doing that now unless I rise by about 5 am.
That ain't gonna happen unless it's to go to the golf course.
