You could try an elliptical machine and work your way up to 45 minutes. The elliptical machine is easier on your knees and joints and probably is not as strenuous as jogging/running. Please check with your doctor though, that is important, especially if you are overweight or a little more "mature" in age. Weight lifting (doesn't have to be huge weights) works to shape your body and refine your metabolism as well. IMHO, a combination of aerobic exercise (running, elliptical, fast walking, etc.) 3-5 times per week and moderate weight training 2-3 times a week is optimum.

Oddly enough, we've had "discussions" in recent years (maybe the past ten) that I usually walk away from because it'd be the S.O.S., but when she can't possibly fathom how I could possibly hold a certain viewpoint and where did this suddenly come from, I'd like to point out: When we first started dating, didn't I invite you to the 100th anniversary Mass at my Church because it was a big deal to me? Shouldn't that have spoken volumes?
By the way, to anyone reading this and thinking that I'm a perv or a cad, please keep the following in mind:
If Ann were the kind to sleep around with married man, that mark on her character would make her so much less enticing. So much so that I wouldn't be interested in her.
It's one of those little Catch-22s of life: if I were to cheat on my wife, I'd be attracted to a woman of fine moral character -- which would pretty much preclude any possibility that she would agree to sleep with me (or even talk to me again if the subject ever came up again).

I asked her how she could like him with all the vulgarity involved. She defended it because it was pointed humor, which in part I had to concede. But the stuff that dealt with the female anatomy (at the bit went on for a while) was there solely for the purpose of the gutter attitude and because he's an old horndog. There was absolutely no redeeming "social commentary" involved in it. The Mrs. must've missed that.

Good brisk walking especially early in the AM before it's hot and you're tired. For at least half hour or more. I used to do it regularly (about an hour most days) and I weighed at least 40# less than currently. I need to start doing it again.
That's not saying much.Most of them are queer as a three dollar bill.
I used to do that too. But now my work prevents me from doing that now unless I rise by about 5 am.
That ain't gonna happen unless it's to go to the golf course.
FR prevents me from my morning walk.
