Sorry to post and run, guys, but it's late late late.

This Michael Maxwell guy could stand a closer look. If he's a solid citizen, this doesn't look good- hopefully, he's just a disgruntled Richard Clark type. Hopefully...

Sure is scary. ICE needs major house-cleaning, and proper leadership and organization.

"This Michael Maxwell guy could stand a closer look."

I posted an article that FOX News had after he had a SHORT appearance on
their FNC earlier this spring.
I've not heard any more about him until this post.
Which makes me wonder...if he had some flaw, I'd suspect the illegal immigrant
supporters would have roasted him by now.

BUT...maybe since most of the media seems to have ignored him (and his
allegations), he's been under the radar of La Raza or MeChA.

Abandon your hope. Mr. Maxwell is telling the truth. It is worst than you could know. This I know to be true as I am also a former employee of USCIS. I am not disgruntled just disillusioned and frightened.

From the last link- Rep. Culberson, R-TX: "I have also confirmed the reliability of Mike Maxwell, the former Director of the Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) Office of Security and Investigations, who quit because he was outraged over the blatant refusal of CIS to solve the security problems he uncovered."

Guys- this is the first I've heard of this whistleblower and what he's saying. Just thought I'd pass it along, in case you haven't seen it either.

As an aside, I've noticed that the National Guard's role at the border is exactly what the Minutemen have been doing all along. I'm waiting for the government to declare that civilians are no longer needed there, and use the troop presence to enforce it.

Also, did I read correctly that Mexican troops have also been sent to the border? I thought I saw that in passing.

I guess the drug/slave trade is too profitable to give up to a bunch of 'vigilantes'.

Maxwell said that corrupt U.S. immigration officials helped smugglers obtain false identity documents, so the illegals could "hit the beach with dry clothes and immigration documents waiting for them on the beach."

"That means there is someone dirty on the inside," he added.

There are many dirty on the inside.

From what I've seen there is a huge number of people working in ICE/IMMIGRATION who are foreign born. Might be before your time but I can remember when it it was very hard to get a gubbermint (state, local, federal) job if you were not born here. Our Feds wanted people who were loyal to America because they had roots here

Not so new to me. To put it crudely and simply we have way too many "foreign born" working in ICE/Immigration. They have conflicting loyalties. These people are hired due to affirmative action and other PC hiring guidelines. It's a farce
