Where are the psuedo-conservatives and RINOs denouncing the "insensitivity" of this song

Did anybody complain about the "insensitivity" of the Bugs Bunny, Donald Duck and Popeye cartoons that were produced during World War II? We were in a freaking war then, and we are in a freaking war now.
