Ah, you must cook professionally? I don't measure daily cooking like that.
Ironically, I have an addiction to nuts, especially peanuts. Yet I don't like peanut oil.

Not professional. Just dedicated amateur. Do most of the cooking here and like for the results to be as good (tasty) as possible. I can get a little obsessive on my hobbies and other pursuits, so when I start to do something (long range pistol, amateur radio, bread baking,etc.)I tend to do a lot of research and practice on the subject at hand. Besides you have to eat every day so why not make it as tasty as possible?
My biggest "want" for the kitchen is a real gas fired range. Right now when cooking indoors I am stuck with an electric cook top.
