snugs, you are no blob. With a similar haircut, and probably a week or so of stress free living, you would look exactly the same as the earlier picture. You have been doing such noble and wonderful things for your Dad. Remember, you're dedicating a large portion of your life to his well-being. I think you are doing the right thing and have your priorities in the right place...and again...you are no blob.

I hate to admit it but I was 40lbs lighter in the earlier photo.

I know what you mean though I have had a lot of stress and still have a certain amount which has led to comfort eating but I know I need to halt it now.

I feel in the right frame of mind to do so and am hopeful I will suceed but also know that if I do slip up it is not the end of the world and there is always tomorrow.
