caboje,

Those are some great pics on your page! Where in AK did you do your trips? Do you make it to Canada ever?

Thanks for pinging me Dolly!

On that trip we flew into Anchorage, then hopped on the Cessna and flew to Fishtrap Lake, which is north of Lake Clark. From there we flew all around, and even over to Kodiak for a day. Alot of time I had no idea where we were, as the place is all foreign to me and I didn't take a GPS. I seem to recall fishing at the end of Big River. Saw lots of bears also. The closest I've been to Canada was Whitehorse, BC in my youth. Thanks for asking!

Awesome! I'm living in Canada now, for school. Unfortunately, haven't gotten to do much fishing lately, but do some hunting in the fall. I did my undergrad in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and used to trout fish regularly. Something I really miss! Got some pics on my FR page if interested.

After I'm done with school, hoping to move to AK. I imagine that it is amazing up there, with endless outdoor fun.
