Sorry for the confusion ... I was simply pasting a response I found elsewhere (that seemed to fit the dire predictions). The all caps was original, and not added by me. I did provide a link below the post ... trust me, I couldn't dream this stuff up in a million years. The rational part of my brain is not suffering from overexposure to Howard Dean.
