How do you define victory in a war against all of Islam? What is the desired end state?
We can't nor should we conduct a war against all Islam. However, we are fools to build shrines to encourage it and welcome it into our culture with open arms. In doing so we are increasing the enemy numbers and that will come back to bite us.
