Clearly NOT a "Sniper", a real Sniper has the skill for one shot for one kill.

This is the West, so our bad guy might better be described as a "Bushwacker". Too ¢hicken$hit to do the job from up close, trying to kill him from a safe distance.

Soft targets don't move a lot from the force of the bullet hitting them. Unless you were getting hit by a Howitzer shell that is. The point being is that a standing target suffering trauma would drop as the body convulses from shock. Also factoring in muzzle climb, you've got crossing tradjectories.

Even sitting in a chair, you'd get slumping or jerking sideways making putting four into center mass at a distance a tricky proposition.

Dunno... Could have just been a string of well placed or even just plain old lucky shots. Not saying it can't be done, just a reduced likelyhood.

FWIW... I'm a decent shot. At 100yrds with my AR and a scope I can print clover leafs all day long. Not sure I could put 4 into the chest of someone in another building while they were moving. 2, maybe even 3. Semi-auto only though. Full auto, even with a decent compensator is going to jump around too much for accuracy at distance on anything other than an area target.

I notice the judge isn't getting a lot of sympathy here. It reminds me of those milk carton kids. Every time I see one I think, well, somebody got his kid back, but he had to do it "outside the system". I wouldn't report 'em if I saw 'em.

No way should this Judge have ever been shot. At the same time, no way should this monster have ever been presiding over a Family Court.

You would be very hard pressed to find a father in the USA who was treated with justice in the FemiNazi dominated Family Court system.

Could you come to my house? I've got a herd of deer decimating my garden, and I'd love to scare them off.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I will send my "baby" brother. He has slaughtered enough deer to populate a small state.

The only reason most snipers don't use a follow up shot is triangulation. If you aren't concerned about that, a second shot on a wounded target isn't a bad thing. Especially if your stated goal is a hard kill.

4 to the chest and still alive kinda rules out the bigger calibers. Look for this being either a 7.62x39 or smaller rifle, or a pistol.

It's been a couple of years since I've been to the range. I used to could hit coke cans at 250 yards, depending on wind, with open sights using a german mauser. I couldn't do that now, however; I'm way out of practive. Also, I'm in the IT field and my job includes being parked in front of a PC monitor a lot. As a result, I've become nearsighted just enough that I have trouble focusing the front and rear sights anymore. Given practice, I could get that back, but as I said; I'm pretty badly out of practice.

I have few complaints. OTOH, our divorce wasn't all that contentious, and we kept our focus on what was best for the children.

I suppose I'm an exception that proves the rule. (I just can't seem to do anything normally...

California may have better Family Courts in at least some counties.

I'm a computer nerd myself. I was also a Marine jet engine mechanic ('88-94 6027) for six years and qualified Expert on every trip to the range. 5 times as I was in Iwakuni for a one year tour and missed my range date.

Since then, I've kept up with my rifle skills and worked a bit on pistol. I have one DMPS AR (free float 20" 1x9 twist bull barreled Southpaw. Junk optics EBay special 6-18x50 and a bi-pod) and another AR that I am building up for more "tactical" use in 3-gun matches. 1" groups at 200yrds with 55gr FMJ and hand loaded brass.

Well, maybe they have more skill knowing just how much you can rape men before judges start getting shot.

Just a thought.

The spokesman I heard was Steve Frady. He is an old fraternity brother of mine whom I saw at a reunion a few weeks ago.

In the San Fransisco Bay Area? I rather doubt it.

I'm just plain weird, I am.

How do you pronounce his last name, out of curiosity? Short or long a sound?

Thanks for the update.

It may be retaliation for some decision. Unfortunately, courts today have no compassion or understanding, and do not even acknowledge emotional pain. To them, it's all anger. The thing is, emotional pain and anger are two different emotions, the former being a far greater motivator. When the judges, per law in a lot of cases, rule in divorce or child custody, they don't order fair resolutions. Thanks to the left we have no fault divorce and feminism.
