This site needs an auto-moderator. It would be relatively easy to design software to detect and block the sort of activity that was going on here while the moderators were away.

This is exceedingly beyond ridiculous as well as far beyond outrageous.

I don't personally care what degree of mental deficiency one wants to label this jerk with--there's plenty of conscious responsibility for his actions. He's luxurating in his rage. He needs to be slapped down hard and permanently, imho. No cutesy little escape for mental deficiency.

And this is my shrink side speaking as well as my Christian side.

I personally think it's a kid, probably a teenager. In which case, it's entirely possible that alerting his ISP and getting his connection yanked is going to bring down the house on him.
