I personally think it's a kid, probably a teenager. In which case, it's entirely possible that alerting his ISP and getting his connection yanked is going to bring down the house on him.

He sure sounds like a kid, to me, too, Ivan.

But this sort turns into murderous, at least violent adults.

He must have some incredible rage at one or both parents. They are clearly doing an inadequate job for him to be getting away with this.

A real sad commentary on the state of the family in our beleagured Republic, it seems to me.

But this kid needs dealt with fiercely and his parents, too. This kind of rage doesn't just leak off and go away.

It tends to build with interest and branch out in waves of increasing mayhem and pain.
