I keep reading this in the MSM over and over. Haven't actually read what Ann said yet, but my understanding is that she was talking about specific widows, not about all of them. So the MSM description of what she said seems inaccurate.
The section of the book so willingly and ably magnified by the MSM is short and incidental so as to make them demonstrate precisely the liberal doctrine of infallibility (by virtue of victimhood) she was writing about in the first place.
