The body should not be turned over to the family. My thought is that it should be cremated, and the ashes spread all over the desert. Cremation is a big no-no in islam, though, and if we do it, there will be another huge outcry. Others are bound to post here with all sorts of humiliating ways to dispose of this slime's body, but those things ain't gonna happen. But sending the body back is insane!
