While I support Geno's in this case, I still believe that Americans are TERRIBLE when it comes to learning other languages, and that this problem should be recified.

I have no problem with that. Other ethnic restaurants do the same. German, Vietnamese, Korean, etc.

It would just be refreshing to see the Hispanic community make some sort of overture to indicate that they at least are attempting to learn English to a reasonable level.

And then, on the flip side, not to seemingly force Americans to make the accommodation for those that don't. I mean what if Americans flooded France as immigrants there and then demanded that the French begin to speak English in order to accommodate them?

It makes no sense the political winds here.
