Amen ! Had been living in Ohio for several years. Couldn't believe how things had changed when I came back home to Texas. Section of Pasadena is exactly like Mexico. The "encroachment" is slowly moving towards the Beltway .I sound crazy ,but it is like the Star Trek shows. This is like being assimilated by the Borg. You can't buy groceries ,go to the hospital or even shop for clothing ,without the reality hitting home ,that more and more the Mexican cliental is being catered to.
