A little background on Jackson Heights...
There are probably people living in JH from more foreign countries and speaking more different languages than any other neighborhood on the planet. Most are simply trying to make it in NYC and the US so their kids can come live in your town. They avoid/ignore these creeps. but I can guarantee you that there atre hundreds of eyes and ears recording every word and every face.

In the late 60's the "hard hats" would beat the crap out of the "long hairs" at demonstrations in NYC. I should have become a "hard hat".
