My point exactly, thank you.

We don't have a Stock Market, we have a Market of Stocks.

The price of every one of them is based on expected future return on current investment. When the "Market" moves it is only the perceived motion of each individual stock going up or down.

In the last two weeks, although the "Market" is down, each one of my REIT's is up dramatically.
