As a Christian I shouldn't celebrate the death of anyone, but this is extremely good news!

I too am a Christian and I've never understood Christians who for what ever reason think it's unseemly when evil is extinguished. What's up with that anyway?

I'm also a Christian, and I think the death of an evil man should be celebrated. And welcome to FreeRepublic!

You bet it's good news. As a Christian, I sincerely mourn the death of ANY innocent, .... but this man was EVIL. I rejoice at the death of evil. All sane people, religious or not-religious, do.
