I have never gotten used to the humidity here in Tenn.
I don't know what is worse, being wet all of the time or having a mouth full of sand . Used to live in West Texas/Eastern New Mexico.

Well, we get the wet all of the time and mouth fulls of fine red dirt. If I want to wear anything which hasn't been washed in a week, I have to re-wash it because the red dirt-dust settles along the hanger and/or fold lines. The thing is, I have storm windows too but the dirt is so fine it gets onto everything.

No contest, IMO. Being wet all the time keeps the skin youthful-looking! I'm 104.
