Annan seeks global forum on migration

U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan Wednesday proposed a global forum on international migration and its impact on development. (snip) He said his "International Migration and Development" report is an early road map for the new era of mobility. He said, "The advantages that migration brings are not as well understood as they should be."

This doesn't sit too well with me either. It is AMERICAN property, not 'international' property. This is something I'll have to learn more about, still pretty new to me.
I believe that Kofi is from Ghana. I imagine that they, like UN officials, are more on the 'receiving end'. After the UN thugs take their fair share.
