I'm sure you all remember that Fox News is supposed to be the conservative channel.
Actually- the writer is mistaken - FOX NEWS doesn't claim to be conservative- they claim to be "fair and balanced"...and compared with the others- they are.
As to Shep...well..ppppfffttt!!

Shep comes out of the closet, a little. This isn't news. Watching him only a little while is enough to tell you that he is liberal. He also is very talented at what he does.

It seems Shep has a difficult time keeping vindictivness under control, not a good trait for a reporter.

Fox News is going the way of MSM. Britt and his crew are ok as is John Gibson. O'Reilly and Julian Phillips are so full of themselves its nauseating. Murdock's support of Hillary is really showing.

I thought Shep's coverage of Katrina was over the edge. As far as FOX goes. I stop watching after Brit's show. Shep is not worth watching. O'Reilley spends too much time bloviating about what a great guy he is. And Hannity and Colmes have move too much into doing a show like Greta about missing folks, criminal activity and frankly Alan Colmes creeps me out.

Well .. Brit Hume and Tony Snow were the only two on Fox that I felt would give the news a fair shake.
But .. when Fox hired 2-3 extreme left-wing people who never did anything but repeat the democrat talking points .. I lost interest.
And .. paying $36 for the priviledge of seeing the program was too pricy for me. If I want left-wing propaganda I have all the alphabet networks to choose from.

Early morning sleepy observation.
Has anyone other than me noticed how Shep reads/gives the news.
His voice changes ever so slightly when he talks about anything conservative.
This voice inflection (glee) into the way he reports any negative conservative news is highly noticeable.

Again, the false premise. What did the SBVFTs say that was not true?

This is not new behavior for Shep. He showed the same behavior in the summer of 2004 when the Swiftboat Vets story first broke. At the conclusion of his program he referred to the Swiftboat Vets and closed by calling them "Those liars".
He has never apologized nor retracted that accusation, and Fox News has allowed his unprofessional, unethical behavior to go uncorrected. For me, it's not a question of bias. I don't expect "journalists" to be unbiased.
If he had simply said "They haven't convinced me" or even "I don't believe them" that would be fine. He, however, misused his professional position to publicly slander the Swiftboat Vets, and from that moment I have had no use whatsoever for him. Again, not because of his bias - we're all biased, but because he is professionally unethical, incompetent and negligent.

FOX: The "All-Natalie-Holloway-All-The-time" station. That is, of course, when they are not breaking for an important update on the Duke-rape scandal. Anyone remember when they reported news?

FOX has gone from selling news to selling baloney.
Except for Brit's program, it is becoming almost unwatchable. One gets very tired of O.J. redeux, night after night...

I would love to see FNC replace Shep with Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. The ratings for Brit would increase. BOR's ratings would go even higher.
Those two game shows might not be "news", but they do provide entertainment for millions of viewers.
I have never bought into Shep's style. I quit watching his tripe long before Katrina.

Shep loses big-time on this one. Come on Shep. . .do some honest investigation here. . .
beyond Kerry's version of his 'magical, mystery tour' of Vietnam.Meantime, Kerry loves to exercise his muscle. ..when he thinks it is safe; his leadership qualities - or lack thereof - still so painfully evident. Witness his latest 'flex'. . .Kerry has boldly offered, that in '08', he will kick the a##es of the Swift Boat Veterans, across the country.
But do not ask him what he would do to Saddam or Osama. . .Kim Jong Ill or Ahamadinejad. . .but then patriotic Veterans ARE his least favorite people.
WAKE-UP Shep. . .and anyone else who thinks there is an ounce of authenticity to this fraudulent excuse of a Purple-heart Veteran; and as well, human being.
