This is not new behavior for Shep. He showed the same behavior in the summer of 2004 when the Swiftboat Vets story first broke. At the conclusion of his program he referred to the Swiftboat Vets and closed by calling them "Those liars".

He has never apologized nor retracted that accusation, and Fox News has allowed his unprofessional, unethical behavior to go uncorrected. For me, it's not a question of bias. I don't expect "journalists" to be unbiased.

If he had simply said "They haven't convinced me" or even "I don't believe them" that would be fine. He, however, misused his professional position to publicly slander the Swiftboat Vets, and from that moment I have had no use whatsoever for him. Again, not because of his bias - we're all biased, but because he is professionally unethical, incompetent and negligent.

I didn't know that. Thanks.
