Nearly a decade ago, the nearest city- Jacksonville- had a rash of "concrete blocks dropped from overpasses" incidents that culminated in a driver being killed.
Still unsolved. And it is still murder.
Absolutely. They should give him the choice of either spending 20 years in prison or having that 10lb chunk of concrete shove up his "Bubba Canal" and 3 years of probabtion.
