Are there ANY competent, honest and uncorrupted black politicians or "leaders" in Africa or Washington, D.C.?

It would seem not....and the Congressional Black Caucus is beginning to look like the "black mafia" of Congress.

The congress-critter elected by Kansas City, the Reverend Emmanual Cleaver, once said that a certain amount of corruption must be tolerated in government.

He was mayor of KC, and led what was probably the most corrupt city government since the Pendergast era.

And yes, he's Black.
