Obvious to many, but apparently not to the judge, at least not yet. This case should be tossed out, and perhaps it will be at some point. Fitzy really messed up here buying into the lies of Joe Wilson; perhaps he will be enlightened, dismiss the charges againt Libby, and indict Wilson! HA!
Ironically, this case is about perjury, when Wilson is the biggest liar out there.
Not only should this case be tossed out, but it should have never been brought in the first place.
