LOL! As if. More likely, it's going to be used to continue to enable their own destructive habits which got them homeless in the first place. Another example of wasted money and effort because some liberal heart string got tugged.

If it helps any of them it's probably worth it. It doesn't sound like an expensive program. The few that it would help get employment for would return the cost from taxpayer handouts they no longer receive.

There used to be a voice mail service in Montgomery County Maryland (CompuVoice?) that got hit with that very scam about 20 years ago.

Look for a resurgence.
